If you must return the product you ordered for any reason, it must be returned within 30 days and must be in the original packaging to receive a full credit (Excludes shipping and handling charges). There is a 20% restocking fee on items returned if not defective. Video Tapes and DVD are non-refundable ones seal is broken. If defective, you may exchange for the exact same title. Shipping cost is non-refundable. Unless the purchase you make is defective.
